Overmolding Products

In addition to assembled tubing systems, we also offer systems using the overmolding process. In these closed molded single-use systems, the components are seamlessly connected to each other, so that leakage and contamination of the product are excluded. In addition, overmolding systems have an open pathway, as there is no hose barb to reduce the internal diameter. The overmolding is made with platinum-cured silicone. This means that all connection components can be eliminated. The qualification is thus considerably simplified.
