avintos AG, Weidenweg 17, Rheinfelden 4310, Switzerland, provides a configurator and an online shop to interested users, the use of which is subject to the following conditions.

General
The websites provide general information about avintos AG. This information is freely available online and does not require the entry of personal data, with the exception of additional services for which registration is necessary. The websites may be extended, restricted or taken down at any time without prior notification. Swiss law is applicable.

Documents and data
avintos AG has compiled the content with the utmost care. However, it cannot be guaranteed that all the content is complete, correct, up-to-date and free of any harmful components. The use of this content is therefore the user’s own responsibility. avintos AG rejects any liability related to this to the extent permissible by law.
Links to external online offerings that are not maintained by avintos AG will not have their content reviewed. These links are used at the user's own risk. In particular, avintos AG cannot guarantee that all information provided by third parties is correct and lawful.

Intellectual property 
The content provided is protected by copyright and may only be used to the extent described in this paragraph. 
Use of the content for information purposes is generally allowed and desired. The PDF and CAD files may be used for development and planning purposes, but only relating to the integration of avintos AG products. Any copyright information, logos, etc. must be retained. 
Any other use of the websites, in particular the commercial use of the content and especially of the configurator, is forbidden and requires prior written consent from avintos AG. Any further third-party property rights remain reserved.

Third-party links that refer to the website home page are permitted. Any other type of link requires prior consent from avintos AG.

If any property rights on the part of the user arise through the use of the websites, the user shall assign all rights in this respect, irrevocably and free of charge, to avintos AG to the extent permissible by law or – insofar as this is not permitted – the user shall grant avintos AG the irrevocable, free of charge and exclusive right of use and shall completely waive the right of exercise of these property rights.

Configurator
All information and data in the configurator are based on the experiences, guidelines, formulas and safety regulations from avintos AG's technical documents and those of the manufacturers. avintos AG has compiled this data and content with the utmost care. However, it cannot be completely excluded that it might contain mistakes. avintos AG rejects any liability related to this to the extent permissible by law.

Resistance information, torques, etc. are based on the experience of avintos and the component manufacturers. The values can vary greatly depending on the process and therefore cannot be guaranteed, so we recommend testing the components’ functions under real operating conditions for all use cases.

Changes to the data contained in the configurator by the user can lead to results that no longer conform with statutory safety requirements. avintos AG rejects any liability related to this to the extent permissible by law. 
Insofar as it is not otherwise stipulated above, our General Terms and Conditions are applicable in the current version.

Data protection 
avintos AG follows the principles of both Swiss and European data protection legislation when processing personal and company data on its websites. Personal data is processed according to the principles of our data protection statement.
